Lindsey began her real estate career serving as Vice President of Sales and  Marketing for The VUE at Lake Eola Condominiums in Downtown Orlando. Lindsey was involved early in the planning and development of high end luxury condominium project sales. In her position Lindsey built a base of local, national, and international buyers and investors. She achieved unparalleled success at the Vue.  From there, Lindsey transitioned to the Commercial Real Estate Industry where she worked as an Apartment Broker on the downtown Orlando Cushman & Wakefield’s Multifamily Advisory Team. During her time at Cushman & Wakefield, Lindsey was responsible for marketing and selling apartment communities valued, collectively, in excess of $600 Million. She has received several awards in the commercial industry, including NAOIP’s Rookie of the Year (2011), CFCAR 2011 Top Investment Sales Broker, and the Co-Star Power Broker Award (2011 – 2013).  Clients have included public and private companies, REIT’s, pension fund advisors, multi-family developers and condo converters. A graduate of prestigious Crummer Business School at Rollins College Lindsey achieved her MBA. Lindsey utilizes her business knowledge to help her clients navigate the real estate world.  Lindsey has gained a solid reputation for her reliability and her knowledge of the surrounding marketplace. After recently completing a new custom home, Lindsey decided to follow her passion to utilize her vast real estate experience to advise others on their journey to find or build their dream home, and came on board with Premier Realty Partners as a new home specialist. On the philanthropic front  Lindsey is an active community member. She participates in CREW Orlando, with a leadership position in the UCREW committee. Lindsey has supported several charity events benefitting Florida Hospital, Charity Arts, MD Association, the Valencia Foundation, and Feeding Children Everywhere.
